I’m sorry about you leaving
I’m sorry about us feeling
I’m sorry about the sky
I’m sorry about the wars
I’m sorry about our inner core
I’m sorry about its disgrace
So, why don’t we talk about it
We keep lingering on around it
Thank you for not sharing
The loneliest tree was rammed
The carrier of silk condemned
We certainly aim to please
Pt 2 : For Gods sake
Why did you have to ram it down
Your heart’s in the lost and never found
We didn’t mean to, we didn’t mean to
But for gods sake
When do we ever mean anything?
Mans violence against everything
But what if they fight back?
Pt 3 : The Fight
[instrumental]
Pt 4 : Sole survivor
And now she’s gone
The sole survivor
One with the sound
A universe expander
The desert highlands
Stories untold
And now she’s gone
Never got to be old
Anoraknophobia by Marillion is actually among my favorite albums ever made, and this live version of it holds really strong versions of those songs with Steve Hogarth bursting his heart out as usual. Greyfox Agenda
Steven Wilson and his Hand. Cannot. Erase album... wow, this is just pure emotive progressive rock of highest caliber! Producer genius and a major influence for Greyfox Agenda! Greyfox Agenda

I received this as a surprise present by the band for pre-ordering the upcoming album, so thanks a lot to you, too :-))
As could be expected by Pat Sanders & Co, highly melodic prog that should, for instance, appeal too friends of Fish-era Marillion (although Uncle Fish would never have reached those high notes ;-) ) and some instrumentals (from beautiful miniatures like Bubbles to the more epic Last Supper). Among many other fine things offered here, I especially love Pat's piano playing! Carsten Pieper
